Charlene Gellner

Charlene has been a professional mixed martial artist since 2009 and holds a first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Master Darlynson Lira. She has competed in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and more recently, BKFC. With over 15 years of fitness experience, Charlene is also the general manager of the facility. She is certified through NASM and ACE, bringing both expertise and passion to everything she does.

An amazing gym close to home. I am so thankful there's a gym that doesn't require me to drive 20-25 minutes each way towards San Ramon. All the equipment is brand new, the facility has been renovated, there's a fitness side with cardio and weight training equipment. As well, there's a martial arts side focused on striking and grappling. There's also yoga for those that want that. Showers are nice and clean!
